Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you be notified that a change has been made to your order and you will only be billed for goods that are delivered.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Pink Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen packages so we suggest that you purchase insurance at checkout.
Pink Beach hopes that you will be satisfied with all the garments you receive. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, for any reason, please contact email@example.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. Returned goods will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The original receipt must accompany all returns.
- All garments must be returned in the original packaging.
- Goods must be clean, unworn, and unwashed. We cannot accept any goods that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition.
- All tags, panty-liners and straps must be intact.
Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or reimbursement. If exchange is requested, but not available, you will receive a reimbursement. All credits to your account will take place within 7-14 business days.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable
Sale merchandise is final sale and will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Please let us know immediately if you have changed your mind about purchasing a Pink Beach swimsuit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours to instruct us on a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled.
